Tobacco Retail Inspections Begin July 1
Starting July 1, the Oregon Health Authority will begin compliance inspections of Oregon’s tobacco retailers, including about 40 retailers in Wasco and Sherman counties.
Two inspections will happen each year: one to make sure retailers are not selling to people under 21, and another to check for compliance with all tobacco retail sales laws.
