Please Complete Our Survey On Reproductive Health Resources
Did you know North Central Public Health District (NCPHD) in The Dalles offers services like birth control, pregnancy testing and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing and treatment?
NCPHD is doing an anonymous online community survey to gather public feedback on reproductive health services in our community and how to improve access to them.
Those who complete the short survey can also enter a drawing to win one of five $25 Fred Meyer gift cards by providing their email at the end of the survey.
NCPHD has partnered with a doctoral student at Washington State University College of Nursing to do the community survey. The goal is to get 30 responses. Even if you have never used our services, you can help by participating in the online survey. The study is part of an evaluation of NCPHD services and reproductive care access in our community.

Last year, NCPHD’s reproductive health clinic had about 800 patient visits. Most visits regarded family planning/contraception and STI treatment.
Other services include annual physicals, STI prevention, and referrals to other providers for primary care, behavioral healthcare, mammograms and colon cancer screenings.
